Applications for Membership: Howard Piesik 1st degree passed for nomination.
Results of Balloting:
Council conferred the ___th Degree on the following:
Grand Knight Report: 1st degree in Sept possible. Oct 2nd and 3rd. Plaque for seminarian help should be on its way.
Convention report Christopher Fund matching fund from Supreme of Pennys From Heaven. Will make more available for seminarians.
New insurance agent is in Salem and will be available to us. Will come here if we can line up enough people to meet for insurance and financial planning. 8-10 folks needed.
May breakfast was success. Next one to be this month 4th of July theme. Note it is a 2 Mass breakfast. Need shopping help for Winco food. August will be Hawaiian theme.
Memorial for the Unborn was successfully installed at OLM.
Thanks to past officers for agreeing to serving for another year. Particular thanks to Geeno for stepping in as Chancellor.
Bingo Dinner moving forward. Details to be worked out for Sept.
Officer installation to be done at officers meeting.
Chaplain Report:
Treasurer Report: Balance as of June was 614.46.
Receipts: Receipt for 34.97 plus additional $9 in postage for Newsletter funding due to Tom Spellman.

Financial Secretary Report: Next breakfast will most likely go to general fund.
Chancellor Report: Normally will have a report on vocations. 3 seminarians currently in from our council.
Committee Reports: Karate Warriors group going for purple belt and St. Benedict metal. Already received scapular.
Church Picnic discussed by Geeno Sacred Heart picnic was good, about 50% Hispanic. Maybe we can do something similar face painting, volleyball, etc. GK reports he spoke to Fr. Joseph and we commit to cooking meat or similar task. Marianne VanDijk to lead picnic coordination this year. Issue with Hispanic coordination partly due to Mass times 11:30, etc.
Right to Life committee working on signatures for petition to have parental consent for abortions.
