Grand Knight Report:

Thanks to past GK Dennis M. And past FS Mike S. For helping council to get going and making successful.
Dennis is FS select. Paperwork is moving forward.
Welcome to Dave H as Warden!
Reminder of protocols for addressing GK and each other.
Newsletters were sent by GK. Also available on website.
Minutes of previous minutes also posted on site.
Section on newsletter will include History of the Knights and what it means to be a Knight.
Will be monthly activity Calendar sent out by mail and posted on site. Send in wife’s birthdays and anniversaries.
Upcoming breakfast is St. Patrick’s theme. Green decorations, Irish music and bagpiper, Murray Huggins. Proceeds to go to RV Pregnancy Resource Center. $200 donation was already  made to this non-denominational pro-life organization.
Breakfast to be more formal with assigned task to relieve some workload on Dennis and share the load. Need a shopper to help get materials together for breakfast, etc.

Chaplain Report:

Treasurer Report: 1568.77 balance. Vouchers to be posted next meeting.

Bills: Engraving, GK reimbursement

Communications:

Financial Secretary Report: Received 2 checks 1 for membership and 1 for Xmas signs from E. Tucker. Card from Fr. Joseph for xmas gift thank you. IRS notice for NP org, does not apply at this time until 25K amounts reached.
Membership cards and dues – get them in.
Not paid is:
12 outstanding. Fredrico  - was brought up that we should pay for seminarians dues that are a member of our council.
GK asked if we found booklets yet. Not yet found.

Chancellor Report: 4 seminaries from this council.

Committee Reports: GK reporting on youth group karate class – 2 members moving forward and practicing on their own.

Unfinished Business:

Memorial for the Unborn – Split $600 with 4th Degree. Granite Stone Memorial. Our Council to cover $300. 4th degree is holding stone and has paid 50 deposit. Clarification that 4th degree is the whole valley, not just our council 4th members. Entrance to breezeway is location. Fr. has agreed to it already. Voting was done and motion was carried.
Convention Expenses – Council to cover expenses for 2 knights to go. Approximate cost is $300 for Gas, meals, hotel for delegates. Tabled until price is known.

New Business:

Soup supper March 31st. Dennis is leading it up, if anyone wants to join. 6pm to start.
Attendance at Holy Thursday was brought up by Fr. Joseph. May not happen with 4th degree.

4th Degree Report

Agreed to halves on memorial stone. Dennis to pursue full details for stone.

Insurance Agent Report:

District Deputy Report: Harry Harvey welcomed new officers. FS is unique in that he is appointed by Supreme Knight. As a result a lot of communication goes to FS.
Insurance – still no news of us having an agent for our area. We need to go to Don Crowlack sp? for insurance needs.
Convention – asked if we received packet. GK has not.
Booklets – if we don’t get them let him know.
May join us for breakfast next Sunday.
State determines exemplification dates. 31 new members joined last year. He will continue to work on getting dates set. Possibly April or May.
Recommend 3rd Degrees consider joining 4th Degree.

Lecturer:

Good of the Order: Several prayers asked for relatives of knight members with health issues or have passed away.
