Council conferred the 3rd Degree on the following: On 04/17/05 the following received the 1st Degree Don Senestraro Matt Helling Thomas Dugan Patrick Gross
4th Degree was conferred on 04/23/05 in Grants Pass to: Geeno Valdez Joe Cochran Dennis Mellecker Frank Fasarella

Grand Knight Report:
4th Degree Meeting announced. State Convention was attended by Dennis an Tom. Passing on of the “baby carriage” for newest council. We have a new local insurance agent, Matt Sekreta. Pennies from Heaven: 21k earned last year from this program at the state level, just for ‘dinging’ members for protocol infractions. Total amount was in the 300k range.
Currently 72 councils in state and approx 8K knights in Oregon.
“Keep Christ in Christmas” program was brought up as something we should consider doing.
New officers at state level.
Hispanic 1st Degree – we are working with Hispanic degree team and local community to foster this what way we can.
Parrish Picnic – reminded that we are helping organize this in July.
June 19th is Mass schedule change.

Committee Reports: Youth (karate group) – Tom Spellman – 2 members going for belt rank. Scapulars blessed by Father Joseph will be presented. Outreach is working as there are youth attending that have no religious affiliation.

Geeno brought up idea for summer event to help bring unity with Hispanic community.
