1. Mike Segal is stepping down as Financial Secretary. No vote, but to inform.
2. New Grand Knight – Current nomination is Tom Spellman
3. New Financial Secretary – Current nomination from GK is Dennis Mellecker
4. Warden Nominations –Dave Huen

Other Business to be discussed:

• Memorial for the Unborn – Split $600 with 4th Degree. Granite Stone Memorial. Our Council to cover $300.
• Convention Expenses – Council to cover expenses for 2 knights to go. Approximate cost is $300.
