Insurance form from Knights – need to fill in dates for events where there is alcohol served – i.e. Oktoberfest. Dennis to fill out form and send in.

Pennies from heaven 28 k collected, 18k went to Mt. angel. Talk of making a permanent fund for Mt angel.

“Recruit and Retain” was theme of district meeting.

Asked if we did free throw contest or soccer challenge. We don’t at this time.

Raffle Tickets – will be a prize for councils that sells the most within their bracket based on membership.

Insurance Agent – need one for our area. Tom mentioned we should talk to Ellis Wilson to see if he knows someone that might be interested.
