Knights Meeting 1-9-2005

The Council was called to order at 7pm by Dennis Mellecker

Prayer was offered by: GK

Roll of officers: Absent: Ricardo Cervantes, Frank Falsarella

Minutes of preceding meeting were: read

GK Report:
1. Knights were invited to take over adoration schedule. Letter sent, respectfully declined. It was stressed that each individual knight should attend adoration whenever possible.

2. Kitchen clean-up issues. Checklist is drafted to insure kitchen is left in proper order. Dennis will follow up.

3. Council Audit is due next month.

4. Breakfast is next month, feb 12th. (2nd Sunday of the month as scheduled.)

5. Membership cards are printed and ready.

6. Mike Seagl is now official Financial Secretary.

Treasurer Report: 860.32 balance as of 1/7/2005. Balance may not include cost of purchased jewels. ($296.61)

Financials: Membership dues letter should have been sent last month. Issue is with not having FS software. Treasurer and FS will get with GK to go through reporting process of receipts.

Committee Reports:
Tom Spellman: Spiritual Warriors class participated in activity / exhibition at Weisingers. It all went well and was a positive experience for all involved. Class is growing and doing well.

Unfinished Business: GK is in process of planning Officers Installation.

New Business: Tom Spellman: 10 sets of 4th degree regalia not being used. May be available for any upcoming 4th degree members as an on-loan basis.

Good of the Order: Tom: Introduction of 50/25/25 kitty to be implemented at next meeting.

Bruce Strauman Prayers continuing for ongoing heath issues.
